What should i do to help him... i called him al... he is gonna be the boss in my level.

I would say he definitely needs some features on the head.
Some shading around the eyes to give some depth. Maybe some random color blending instead of a single solid color.

That is very cool! I would give him a helmet with a visor, though - it would make him look more spooky - maybe with glowing red eyes behind...
