please can you help me how to publish my web page :
in geocities you have to build your page by thier tools
but i have a program that create html web pages and i can design pages using it(in html format)
and what i need is a link or website that can publish my htmls

please do you have any ideas?

Try using WS_FTP toi upload files to the web via the geocities FTP site. You can download the program free from somewhere (just search for it on say, alta-vista or yahoo with keywords).
Anyway this is a simple program if you have all the necessary info that geocities should supply. Sry for the broad kind of answer, I'll have look into it for you if you like?
