-Hi, just wanna say, that this little program to be installed on my computer, after entering the TRLE chatbox, does not come. I'm waiting, but nothing happen.

Kiopo, I've just checked out the chatbox on your site and it works for me. I asked 2 people to try login from your site and they also didn't have any problems
Tomoko just had to wait a little while and then it went fine
I also noticed the "connect" button isn't visible on the chatbox on your site, because the banner at the top pushes the chatbox off the screen.
Try opening this page: http://www.tombraiderconnection.8k.com/chat_pop.html
if you're able to login that way, you have to 1) remove the banner (by make them pop-up) or 2) adjust the size of the chatbox pop-up window

and last, but not least: I see you still using an old version of the chatbox, we now have 10 more sites added to the banner page and a new fresh help page
did you not get the chatbox update e-mails and do you want me to re-send them?
