Unfortunately no
I asked the same question ages ago to Core, here's what I said and the reply:-Hi
Thank you for your message - we're pleased to hear that you like the game.
Regarding the level editor we have no plans to officially support this since it would be too large an undertaking - Core is a relatively small development house and we simply don't have the staff or facilities to be able to offer the right levels of support.
Eidos will be releasing further texture pages and levels next week via the US site, check out www.eidos.com
Regarding sending the levels, I'm sorry but once again we're unable to try these out due the same reasons as above. I believe a number of websites and magazines may be running competitions for the best levels so it might be worth checking those out.
Kind regards

Subject: Tomb Raider level editor
I have recently brought tomb raider chronicles, and that was good, but i think that releasing the level editor was a great idea, despite not being able to edit or create objects. I was wondering if you where planning to open a webpage devoted to the level editor (like the ones for the other tomb raider games on tombraider.com). And also, if you do, will you be releasing more object sets to download, and textures aswell (i tried making some, but i can't make them look realistic!!). I know you have said you may release more, if you get enough interest and well, you have my vote.
P.S. when you finish the levels, is there anywhere you can send them so anyone can try them out??
I was dissapointed too, but Eidos germany does a disc on their magazine with levels on.
