place the image on the web somewhere, then in your post type [img] and the url of the image, and close it with [/img].

well that file is at

http:// www.eidosgames.com/ubb/ubbfriendminiicon.gif

if you wanted to include that you'd put

[IMG] images/ubbfriendminiicon.gif
[IMG]

in your message but all on 1 line - no spaces

and you'd get
