I had a look at the program's functions, but unfortunatly it doesn't help me. It seems that EasyCleaner is just a program to cleanup unused registry keys that are leading nowhere. thanks for you responce anyway IP: Logged |

It needs to be run either on the client machine, or across an NT client/server architecture with sufficient administrative privilages.
Thanks for those links Dave. I've taken a look at the pages, but after a while I saw that it was all based on scripting. Maybe I've stated my question wrong, but this it what I'm trying to achieve: I want to create an STANDALONE application (or .reg file) where you only have to click on in order to delete a single value from a registry key. The point of the whole standalone concept is that someone doesn't have to install a program (like Kix or any other reg cleaner program), so it's easy and can be automated (the application or .reg file could be started from within a DOS batchfile). Sorry if I confused people by asking it in a wrong way, but I hope you or someone else can help me out here IP: Logged |

Since I am now a moderator of the general chat forum at TRA forums and can assure you that there is no longer any negative Eidos feedback that had accrued in the past, I would like to welcome all to this 'General chat' forum for all off topic threads (within reason and positively no swearing) I hope that the 'General chat' forum can become a welcomed alternative to the Off topic thread here at TRLE forum. http://tra.gamersuplink.com/cgi/forum/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=General+Chat&number=6&DaysPrune=10&LastLogin= Thank you.
