Topic: What's up with the order of events in TR?

I have had TR5 for a long time, but I only just finished the actual game about a week ago due to my obsessive level editing addiction - my question is:What the heck is old Von Croy and his clone doing running VonCroyIndustries (VCI)? I mean, If Von Croy is really old, and Lara is there, then that pretty much tells us that Lara is alive. The 'story' of the VCI adventures is actually a flashback, though, isn't it, and is being told by one of Lara's friends at her home when she is still missing! So what's going on? BTW I missed the VCI fmv intro - don't ruin it for me, but if I am totally missing the point and my question is explained within - just say so. I don't really want to load up chronicles (it crashes 9 out of ten times while loading, no joke) for an hour this evening for nothing... I'd rather watch Star Trek at eight, which is in five minutes! Holy Geez! Where are the potato chips? Someone find the remote! TNN! TNN! Quick! Space... the final frontier... Engage! Make it so! Ahhhhhh.... Heaven.... good chips, too... IP: Logged |

Angkor Wat
Black Isle
the Philosopher's Stone
Search for the Scion
The Dagger of Xian
VCI HQ
The Meteorite Artefacts
Search for the Spear
The Last Revelation
The next Genthe guy in the wh,eelchair is Von Croy and I assume the other guy is his bro or something. He has only recently been rescued by them from Angkor Wat. Phew! I hope that explains it! IP: Logged |
