i am looking for magplus-- he is the one with famous "The Rescue" Series and i cannot get it to load correctly. ive saved all the files correctly but i am unable to get it to load all the way. what can i do or has anyone played any portion or part of this series?? thanks for your help.------------------

If you really have installed it correctly, you may find its a limitation of your graphics card...... some of the larger levels will not run without a fairly high spec card...... other than that, recheck your installation.You could also try running in software mode (from the set up screen), no idea if it will make any difference tho!!! ------------------

ok well here is the graphocs card i have.
Voodoo 3 PCI 16MB --> i would think this would be enough memory for any level..have you played these levels? what graphics card do you have?? thanks IP: Logged |

oh yea..and i tried to just build one level out of the 4...and just that one did not load, so i am thinking it is not a graphics card problem. if anyone has successfully played these levels then let me know plzzzzz..but i think the video card that i have should be enough. thanks againIP: Logged |

...never had any trouble with MagPlus' levels - just send him an eMail directly asking for assistance. He is at pascal.ducey@wanadoo.fr ------------------

I have a problem like that with some levels that were linked together.With the zip that had the WAD,.DAT files and etc. was uplogo.pak or something like that.I didn't put it in the trle directory because i didn't want to mess up my load screen and the levels wouldn't load.Once i did that they did load.If the zip has some files like that put them in.IP: Logged |

I had the same prob with magplus's level
I just renamed the level to tut1.tr4 and it worked like a charm then
it's a crued (?) way, but it does the job  ------------------
