Hi there! In the last few days I've been around the forum, and what I can see now is posts that only have a reply one hour after, just 2 posts in each hour and so on. At the begining it was 5 posts each minute and one reply each 10 seconds. Now I just see members going away to other forums and other stuff. We have to mantain this forum alive! ------------------ Keep visiting Tomb Raider Level Editing: IP: Logged |

Hmm, Perhaps others do have a life outside the forum after all. ------------------ Technology is the knack of so arranging the world that we do not experience it. IP: Logged |

I remember the old days... when the forum was young, and there was much to be discovered... the Tomb Raider LE was an uncharted frontier, with only a few brave souls prepared to plunge into the darkness... and light the way for the rest.IP: Logged |

I think we're all starting to realize that the editor just isn't all that thrilling anymore. I've been checking out this forum since last November (under several other names), and then I just stopped coming because there were new things to do. Also, early on, when Reb was still the moderator and everyone was new to the editor, the forum served almost as a manual or a tutorial. Now it's become little more than a place for people to advertise their websites or show off their screenshots. Sure, I can understand people being proud of what they accomplished, but it has limited appeal to everyone else. So why am I here now? Don't know, really. Just curious to see how everyone's doing, I guess.

I totally agree to you, lagoth zanta. If a post like " Look at my site " gets more response as an serious Tr related topic, its no wonder why some people leave this Forum. TijayIP: Logged |

I don't agree with you when people like Alexis Rombaut, Piega or any other top notch level builders post those amazing looking screenshots, it will only inspire the rest of the people in this community to push their limits of designing skillz!look at project Secret Agent to name just one...'nuf said and about the TRnext generation LE...no point in guessing...we can only wait and see if Core will release it ------------------ Tomb Raider - Ancient Legends levels (2), walkthroughs, tutorials, wallpapers and other TR goodies on driber.cjb.net !!! new: all the TR1, TR1gold, TR2, TR2gold, TR3 and TRLA textures !!! visit the TRLE Chatbox for live online help with the LE [This message has been edited by Driber_IF (edited 10-27-2001).] IP: Logged |
