The method of replacing bmp's to edit outfits is long out of date. The custom outfits you have made will only work with the individual custom wad you have built them with. If someone builds a custom wad and then imports the texture set you have edited then they will get something like this: To prevent innaccurate texture mapping, use TRwest to extract the edited (and working) outfits from the wad in which they were intended, and save them as individual lara objects and animations. This way they can be used in any wad, without texture loss (as seen above) With the advent of Strpix3 6.0, however, the bitmap replacing method is obselete. Using Strpix3, outfits can be made just by pointing and clicking, and textures can be found on meshes with a control-click, eliminating the hassle of having to rebuild to find individual textures.
