i think that you have heard about gmax the best tool to creat powerfull 3D games(as they said )
in 3dsmax site it is available for download but it is more than 40mb very big i cant download it
so i decided to buy 3ds max 4 so please if you have/test it:
-is gmax included in 3ds max4 cd and what about 3dsmax 4.2
-does gmax create game files in binnaries or
it creates only C++ files(i dont love that)
please i need your opinions before i buy it(you know that it costs much)

I tested it, but I think it is not soooo good, but if you don't have 3D max it should be enought, but I don't like it :P

RHino and meta are better

gmax is the most incredible and astonishing release of software in the last five years. It will completely revolutionise the games industry both for players and developers. The first game to be released which utilises the gmax game pack feature will be Dungeon Siege due out next Spring. If you want to edit levels in future for many different titles, or you want to work in the games industry, make sure you learn how to use gmax. It will be the industry standard for level editing and game creation within 6 months. The only other program worth considering is Maya but it does not have any free game modules.

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question about whether R4 will contain gmax, but gmax will be worth the download once there are more games which are gmax compatible.
