Topic: Can I make impossible the access in a level from the level menu?

So you can't play level 2 if you haven't play level 1, as the original TR games. Is this possible? And how?------------------

Yes. You have to edit the "script.txt" file. You'll find it in the "Script" folder. I recommend that you make a backup of all the files in that folder before doing anything. Open "script.txt" in notepad and find the section called [Options]. Under that you'll find an enrty like this: PlayAnyLevel= ENABLED Just change it to: PlayAnyLevel= DISABLED You'll then need to recompile it to make a new "script.dat" file. Double-click on "Script.bat" (ignore the errors). Then copy "English.dat", "Script.dat" and "Strings.h" to the root trle folder. Fire up Tomb4.exe and you'll see that you'll start the game right away when you choose "New Game".

In the script search for "LevelSelect" or something like that and change from ENABLED to DISABLED.------------------

Though, bear in mind that anyone with TRWEST v2.0 will be able to change it back!!------------------
