I have tr2wad 1.2. When I run it to extract the joby5b wad, it says

Run time error 53
File not found

I have it on my desktop with TR4Objects.dat and zlib.dll. I got the zlib with TRWest.

Anyone know the problem? I really need a quick solution.

According to http://trwad.tripod.com/Index2.html TR2Wad is now at V1.4

I have 1.3 and have successfully extracted all the TR Chronicles wads - although I haven't used them yet

OK, I got it to run. I hadn't extracted the solid*.bmp files.
I ran it and it made a joby5b.trwad. Somehow I'm supposed to use WadMerger to change that to a wad file. How do I do this? WadMerger only wanted to open a WAD file.
Wait, I just checked and the .trwad file was only 20 bytes anyway. Do I actually have to export each individual mesh?

Isn't there a program that opens a TR4 file and creates a usable wad for it? Am I going to have to do that myself?

Tr2WAD 1.2 only exported 1 object. Use the new version to export a whole wad file. Note that the objects (TR5) won't be in the correct slot. the objectids are changed so they are in the range from the tr4 names. this is because trwest else crashes when you load it.
