I checked your tr2prj program and found a little problem. The boxes (the gray sectors where enemies can't go) didn't work. Maybe I don't have the latest version, but anyway. For the case you don't know where it's stored: if a box (each sector points to a box) has overlap 0, it's a box. I checked it with a costom project and FloorEdit and it worked on the prj I used. It also works in TR3.
