jliboy has been e-mailing me saying that when he trys to download a file from my web site, he's asked for a passord and username, but that doesn't happen to me. What I need to know is, does this happen to you?------------------

What file was it that he wastryingto download?i have just triedsomeother downloads but they worked straight away

Only problem I had was I couldn't use a dl accelerator. Nice site btw. ------------------

i tried the save target thing.....but it automatically makes me use the download accelerator.......and then it ask for the ps......IP: Logged |

I've had this many times - usually you get a 403 forbidden message.Some servers don't seem to support download accelerator / resumers. If you turn it off or suspend key-click catching the download will usually work OK. It's to do with differences between ftp and http file transfer protocols I believe. ------------------

yup, jliboy says when he uses the alt key to disable the accelerator, it works  IP: Logged |
