You're meant to ask that question in the other TR forum, but oh well. If what i'm thinking of is correct, it is when Lara tries to grab a ledge, but gets cut to bits. It caused me trouble, but I found that the blades can be avoided by using a backflip. You may not succeed the first time, but it works. Hope it solved your problem.
