Save yourself a step, don't save all your projects and files! Don't uninstall, just stick the CD in and install, all your files remain there! IP: Logged |

Mr Moose, Firstly uninstall the editor. secondly, delete all folders pertaining to the editor (backup all your project files first). Restart the PC and reinstall the editor. If this does not cure the problem, think about what changes you have made to your PC before it started cause problems. Redress any changes you made if it is possible. Make sure you have up to date drivers for your video card and Direct x 8. If this does not address the problem, please reply.------------------ 'ZING' is not a word that I am familiar with, however I will make an exception to 'YOINK'. IP: Logged |

Is that info for real? You have DirectX 4? You need to upgrade your drivers and DirectX. Oh, and you need to run in 1024x768 resolution. Your info says you are in 800x600, that won't work.

the resolution isn't the problem, you're able to run the LE in 800x600, you're just not able to do much with it yes, I also believe Direct X is the problem Moose installed DX8 and "tried" to uninstall it with some kind of program and I believe that messed everything up... * DriberBallZ quotes: "this is a job for.....SuperConan!" lol ------------------ allright zip it! ziiiiiiiiiiiiip!
The road leading to your goal can be a long one and bumpy at some times. But you might just pickup a few hitch hickers along the way that stay in your car for the rest of your life.
