If anyone has gotten objects from TR1-3 to work in a wad, could they please post the information.
If we can get this info into the hands of the WAD utility writers, we could start making WORKING wads from TR1-3.
It would also let me output objects in TR2Prj for other TR games, which would allow putting out triggers as well. Object triggers are useless without objects, since they all get remapped to Lara.
This would only be for moveables, like enemies, switches, doors, puzzles, vehicles, etc. Static objects like pillars, rocks, plants, etc are easily converted.

I seem to remember someone said they got a raptor working. Several types of dogs have been converted. I know behavior can't be changed, but finding a WAD slot where they work, and any other changes required, would help to create working WADs for everyone. This can result in better levels for everyone.

All the dogs from TR2 & TR3 will work if you place them in the dog slot for TR4. I have no way of extracting the wolf from TR1, but I have studied the animations. They appear to be the same as the one in TR2 Gold. The only problem I had with the TR2 Gold wolf is that it would play the bark sound when it was doing the howl animation. Other than that, it worked perfectly. (Note: I don't have that problem now since I went through and re-meshed an re-textured the TR4 dog to get what I needed.)

worser, it is.

I have been working on tr2wad for many months and I saw that many objets can't be converted. For example, that MP guards have a differend AI then any tr4 objects.

Please make a fully working tr2prj (textures, triggers) with the original names. It's much easier since I use it to make tr3 levels using trle. Then no converting is needed.
