You need TRWEST or WADMERGER to move objects into different wad slots and to customize or make custom wads.

You can get TRWEST here:
http://www.tombraider-customlevels.fsnet.co.uk/

You can get Wadmerger here:
http://trwad.tripod.com/Tools/Index.html

I don't have a lot of experience with wadmerger ,but for TRWEST if you want to move objects into a slot in your wad from a TR3 wad do this:

Open TRWEST , click on 'file' and 'open wad for editing'.
Open the wad you want to put the TR3 objects into.
Then click on 'file' and 'load reference file'.

Browse to the wad you extracted with TR2WAD and add objects you want to your existing wad.
Objects won't show up with their correct names in TRWAD,so what i do is load the wadT that i've extracted with TR2WAD into the editor and look at the objects i want in the object view window ,making a note of the name of the object.

For example the tiger from trII shows up as Voncroy because it occupies the Voncroy slot.
What you can do is put the tiger into the dog slot in your wad because there isn't a tiger slot in TR4.
This means not all objects will work correctly when placed in another slot,it's a case of trial and error putting objects into slots and seeing what works.

Hope this makes sense to you
