I have just managed to get TR2wad working (I know I'm miles behind everyone else in this but I was missing the runtime files, apparently, which I now have). Anyway, I managed to extract the crocodile from one of the TR3 wads (which comes up as "jeep" for some reason), imported it into a custom wad but everytime it's triggered, the game crashes. I know I'm missing something here and I'm sorry if it's obvious but I'd really appreciate some help please!

Get TRWest, and use it to change your "Jeep" into a crocodile. To do that, choose the main wad file you wish to modify, and the reference file, which is the file which has the crocodile in. On the reference list, highlight Jeep. On the wad file list that you wish to modify, highlight Crocodile. Then click "Replace >>"
