firstly when i set my level to have a legend how do i choose what legend to have?

secondly when i compile my script is it supposed to not create a english.dat?

and thirdly when i have used easylife and then go into the game it just says.

I can help you with this one.
you can only have the legend in the tut level (and posibly the cambodia/ankor level). go into the english and script file and change the legend. in the script file it should be located by the tut info. in the english folder it should be located at the top.

(oh and just change the script and english files to the legend you want, but the must be the EXACT same)

Secondly, make sure that your trle script folder is located at C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle\Script. If it is not, again, state your script folder location in the same place.

Restore the original script files by clicking script, Restore default scripts.

Select the settings you want in your script. To enable a legend for a particular level, (except level #9, angkor) click the legend checkbox in the settings box for that level. Then click edit, game properties, and replace the first legend with the one you want.

If you are editing the settings for level #9, (originally angkor when you first load the program) then change the lower legend.

To compile your scripts select script, compile scripts. If Easylife is at the loaction that you stated in the settings window, then Easylife should run automatically. You should then click the 'X' to close easylife once it's finished. Beneath it should be a notice that DAT files have been rewritten and scripts have been compiled. Because easylife runs automatically, an English.dat file should be created.

I hope this helps. Thanks for letting me know about the legend issue, I will add an enable legend one or two toggle button in the next version.
