I've just begun experimenting. I've had no problem working within the program, but when it came time to "output WAD" things glitch up somehow. The PDF manual seems to be geared toward PC and is not Mac specific. I have no "C" drive, and when I go to output WAD I get my desktop and am asked to save the file. "Untitled" automatically pops up the file naming window. I'm a bit confused at the moment.
A round of rum and absinthe to anybody who can get me over this first hurdle.

Try navigating to the folder which has the WAD you are using for your level (I assume the Mac uses folders...). Then select the .TOM file associated with that WAD and overwrite it. Then convert it using Tomb2PC. But it probably isn't called Tomb2PC with the Mac version, is it...
