I can't seem to get the shining thing to work with lara, in strpix. i selct the texture i want (a dark one) and i change the shining number to the desired setting, but in game it doesn't work. i added lights thinking that also might have something to do with it, but it still doesn't work.

Hi,

I have added 2 pics about the shining effect, check this link:
http://www.geocities.com/cyber_delphi/strpix/strpix.html

First, this work exactly like opaque/transparent color, you put the shining value (try the maximum 127 value) and then ONLY THE FACES THAT YOU CLICK FROM NOW WILL HAVE THE SHINY EFECT, until you put back the *shining* control to 0 again.

This mean that already done outfit will not have the shiny efect until you retexture the outfit using a good shiny value.

Good luck.
