I hate to come back here, but there is no other way for me to get it done. I'm about to end the game, and i'm not sure what to do.I have been walking through those rooms filled with some gas, run and push that button triyng to open the exit door, and guess what? that door won't ever open, i have to make my way back, the chopper is shooting at me, another bad guy is coming again...Well, i am not clear here, do i have to get this guy behind me and get him trapped into that room and kill him with gas, or just to try to spill some fluids on him in that room where i tried to escape( but i couldn't because the exit door just opens half way). I just want to finish this game, and your help will be appreciated.IP: Logged |

The [i]Tomb Raider V: Chronicles[i/] forum on this site would probably be more helpful.  Did you save? Because there is a horrible save bug in the last level. Utter incompetence on Core's part to let the game go out with the bug still in... If you save after you make the jump across the stairwell (to the rope and onto the slide which dumps you in the fire if you don't jump - just after this is the room with the man below whom you snipe), nothing works right. Elevator doors don't open, cyborgs don't die, water doesn't pour from broken pipe - nothing! So the only real solution is to try to go all the way through from a savegame just before the rope/stairwell bit - or you can give yourself a whole lot of medipacks, etc. before you jump across the stairwell. It gives you back the advantage you would have if you were able to save. I'm really sorry about this. It's the worst thing that could have happened in this level, too.  IP: Logged |

Thanks, my friend, for your help, but i have done all those things just right, and as i said i'm just about to finish the game;
both of the cyborgs are dead, i got the helipad key, and there is nothing i can do from now on . As i played, everithyng went ok. Doors were oppening, the pipe was pooring water, all enemies died, etc. But i got in the point where is nothing i can do anymore. Did you finished the game? I am just about to exit the tower and reach the heliport. Tell me how to do it. Thanks!IP: Logged |

Thanks, my friend,but i've done all u told me about: everything went just right, all enemies died nice, all the doors oppened, both cyborgs are dead by now, i got the helipad key- a complete one, but that damn chopper still fires at me, and i just can't find a way to get the heck out of there. The exit door that leads to the heliport doesn't open, just half way, and i think that's not the escape route. How did u finished the game? IP: Logged |

No, I haven't finished the level yet, but I think the jammed door is always jammed. There should be another door somewhere, or so I hear...IP: Logged |

What do you mean you can't get out of there?If you found the second half of the key you now can walk or run towards the helicopter,run is better so don't lose too much health,and turn right.A door must be accessible there climb to a ladder and make your way back where you first met two men dropping from the ceiling.There is where you must put the key.IP: Logged |

thanks for your help, but which door are u talking about? all the ways are blocked by lasers - or which one are u saiyng? believe me, i've tried them all, or you must know what r u talking about. can u b more accurate or speciffic, please?IP: Logged |

when you came down the elevator the two guys lowered them selves down from ropes. thats the room you need to get back to. Im guessing your near the gas rooms, so go back out and run left, and out the way you came in. i cant remember excatly, but there is a slope i think, that prevents you from climbing back out the way you came in. there is a ladder in the ceiling somewhere near there, so climb up that, follow it through and you are back on top of that tall thing you had to swing to on the enemies ropes. Im taking this from memory (the last time i completed the game was a week after it first came out) but i think thats right. theres a walkthrough at www.tombraiderchronicles.com if your still not sure...  ------------------
