Load up the project file, output it (might take longer than usal) compile the level, and VOILA!!!!!

open the room editor and load the project you downloaded. select project>output wad. then you can close the room editor. open the pc level converter, add the wad you just outputted and select build all. it will save it as a TR4 file. now you should be able to play it like normal. he didnt mention anything about updating the script so i will assume its named same as a sample level. hope this helps. I am a bit of a newbie myself.
