Try to stack your room with one or two more rooms. If you try to reduce your seemingly not so important rooms, your logo will be hidden when the end of a much too flat sky(room) brakes its view. I've had this problem too, because I tried to build a level of 242 rooms where later on (obviously) some texture problems did occur. When I deleted some of my sky rooms this problem appeared.
