Hi John, unfortunately there's no "real" spike wall inside TR IV. Even though you may find it in title.was and times.was this wall does not behave like the ones in TR III (Jungle level). I've dlded some weeks ago a jungle.was with the spike wall object, but when I placed it into my (TR IV LE engine based) level, this thing did not behave like it's supposed to. I've tried out various triggers and ocb's; nothin' worked. Sorrily I must say that there won't be any spike walls that "move" for TRLE. But, as all things are of hypothetical nature, there could be someone out there who knows better. Maybe there is a ocb for the title.was spike wall, well, then it is a well hidden secret of Core's level programmers. So far, Andreas ------------------

would the rolling blades be from The Temple Of Puna (spelt wrong) in TR3? I know that if you replace the cogs with horizontal blades they work but I'm not sure about rolling onesIP: Logged |

ok I replied to your question about spikes, blades etc. and now I'm convinced that it's possible to have those moving spike walls. I'm working on using the squishy block slot to get the spikes to move back and forth but so far it won't move and it kills Lara when she runs into it. if you wanna contact me about it I'm normally on yahoo messenger (craziej2k) or just send an email to my yahoo addy (craziej2k@yahoo.com)if I do figure it out you'll be the first to know ------------------ If ignorance is bliss I'm in heaven Stupidity is not a disorder, it's a way of life. have you got TR4? If U have just use TR2prj on the guardian of Semerkhet level to see if they use the spike floor in the full levelIP: Logged |

I think you can forget the spikey floor, John - I asked about this a while ago and as someone said (can't remember who), although the spikey floor appears in the object drop down list in Tomb of Semerkhet and Guardian of Semerkhet wads, it seems it was never used in those levels in TR4. So even if you have TRPrj (or whatever it's called) you won't see the object in those levels to get the OCB codes. Shame.IP: Logged |

it is a program by Aktrekker that is will allow you to convert a compiled .TR4 file to a project (.PRJ) file IP: Logged |
