Hi Yasin,
be sure, that all files have the right size.

exe: 4.8MB
fileW2-W5: 4.8MB
fileW6: 2.7MB
fileW7: Readme
if not you have to download the file with the wrong size again.
and the Setup only works with a windows9X version.
