my computer features:
-Pentium 800
-128 MB of RAM
-Graphics processor:Nvidia vanta 16MB
-win98
so why any of trwad programs dont work:tr2wad-WadMerger-AIedit........
yes I remembered something...
before I downloaded the runtime files I had downloaded tr2wad and when I launched it a message appeared that the program needs an ocx file(I dont remember the name of it)
so I went to trwad site and downloaded Wadmerger with runtime but then when I launched tr2wad again(and the others)
they didnt work.
I have a sensation that there are some wrongs in the runtime files I have?????????
so please can you help
Thank you

Okay, this may sound weird, but I had this problem once myself and gave up on it for a while. One day I discovered, much to my surprise, that all three worked again. In between when I gave up and when they suddenly worked, I had setup my computer for multiple users and installed about 12 to 15 other games. So, I just figured that one of the installs some how fixed the problem. Maybe you can try something simular. (?)

I would recommend going to the Microsoft site and downloading the latest Visual Basic runtime for your OS. Just to make sure you have the latest.

I agree with Aktrekker, however you would also be advised to download all runtine libraries and install them in the correct order.
