where and how do I get a Tomb Raider Level Editor???

Welcome to the forum

The level editor is released with the Chronicles game. Thats the offical level editor, so i think you need to buy chronicles for pc.

you can get the PC version of Tomb Raider Chronicles which include the level editor at your local gamestore and if not, you can buy it online here
