I can't make any script changes!
I can change the name of a level, add a legend, but can't rename items. I rename the item in script.txt, then in english.txt, run easylife, and when I want to take a look of what I've done - "TR4.exe has generated errors and will be shut down by windos" or something like that. What am I doing wrong???

Running easy life doesnt shows what wrong action you did in the script.txt Thats why make script from dosprompt

Go to start > Programs > MS-dos prompt

type the following commands:

cd..

cd progr~1

cd corede~1

cd trle

cd script

script script.txt

------------------
after pressing enter it should build the script. If nothing is wrong it will say

Cannot find Japanese.txt and 2 more languages. This means your script is A-ok

But if it has a wrong action in it, it will say something like ???? not found in strings or something.

Try to track that line and make sure that the script and english have EXACLTY the same line name. Even a single space will cause errors.

If still not able to fix it, paste the entire script and english lines here please so i might track it down.

------------------
The best thing and last thing is to try ( ^_^ )=b
