Ahh, I wont waste time and write about both ways.

For LAra to lighten a torch you only need a torch and a flame emmiter. Just press control to lighten a torch and place a heavy trigger beneath it to trigger somethin'.

place the wall-torch and flame emmitter 2 in a reachable level for Lara (2 or 3 clicks from the floor)
and set a heavy trigger for the flame emmiter. Then if Lara will lighten the torch with a one she's carrying she will light the wall-torch and trigger any other heavy triggers you placed. Don't put a shatter on this square!
If Lara will shoot the shatter she will activate the heavy trgger!

hmmm. I did it another way. just place a flame emitter somewhere so Lara can light the torch, then just place flame_emitter2 where ever you want to light up. eg on a wall torch. The lit torch that lara is carrying will light the others without having to trigger them

And you dont have to put a heavy trigger for flame emitter 2. Just place a heavy trigger for the door or object you want beneath it.
