If I make a custom object in rino 3D how must i save it when it asks all the format questions??? This is important

Yes, it is important.
There used to be a topic that gave the exact settings you need. But I think it was deleted in the latest purge.
If I remember right, a certain banned person has the correct settings.

Hmmm,

Hereya go...

When doing a Save as... DXF.....

Be sure the first window has "Meshes," "Polylines," "3DFaces," "Release14," selected. Then, in the "Detailed Controls" window is set Max Angle = 30, Max Aspect Ratio = 6, Min Edge Len = .0001, Min Initial Grid Quads = 4, and be sure that "Jagged Seams" is checked.
Also remember,that the vertices limitation of aprox 255. this refers to the number of vert's when the model is in strpix.

If your custom model has more than that, once you import into strpix, you can re-save and when the second window shows up (detailed controls) click on 'simple controls' and slide the little bar to the left to reduce the number of polys and use the 'preview' button to check it.

That should do it!
