The title says it all. First of all, I ask this question because I know there's always lack of some features which would make levels look better or make gameplay more interesting. And secondly, your wishes and ideas will be seen here by many programmers who will try to make your ideas come true. I'm also a novice programmer, so please, post your comments and suggestians.

I have a Idea!
You could make a cutscene editor for creating the cuseuq.bak file and then in a level you could just place a cutscene trigger!

Hey Bart, calm down. First of all, there's nothing much to search after this forum has recently passed through a major cleansing. Secondly, I believe Oleg is actually trying to be helpful and constructive, and even if his question were pointless, it does not really deserve and epithet such as "crap". Scan some of the recent postings for some real loudmouthed nitwit rubbish.

I think editing, adding new moves to Lara would be great! Not any big ones, like a karate kick which would be had to learn where and how to use. Just small ones, like the somersaults, which you can do while swan-diving. I know it's propably impossible, but wouldn't it be nice ...

Personally I have a ton of ideas, If there are any willing programmers out there i'd love to talk to them..
I'd mention my ideas here but people would either get confused or excited over nothing.
Anyway that was pretty rude Bart.. And it's not that simple to do disco-fever..

There's one program which I would give my left leg for.

(not that i dislike my left leg or anything)

A program that could read and edit the sfx files... it's a major pain in the butt going thru and finding what sounds are in the file...

Also, adding new ones in! Adding in loops etc, and removing unused ones... it would be great if someone could do that.

Although, as a ameteur (!) programmer myself, I understand how difficult doing sht like that is.. which is why I always tell the TR programmers/crackers how much I admire what they're doing! (that, and it's plain frickin courtesy)

WADMerger can. It was included by accident in the last beta version (it didn't work yet), but it currently displays all sounds.

Well. I'd like to thank Mulf, Data, The Sage of Time for support - thank you, I really appreciate that. Thanks to disco-fever, eTux, Suzie Croft, David 070 for suggestians and TRWad for reminding. And as for you, Bart!... Now, what did I say wrong that you didn't like? If you mean that people have already asked this question for several times before it doesn't mean that I know it. I'm new to the LE forum. I've spent all my free time at the TR series forum. And you want to tell me that before asking any questian I have to look through 7000+ threads just to see if anyone had already asked the same questian? Is that what you think? Well think again. I wonder how would you reply if there were no StrPix and TRwest at least at the moment. And I am trying to be helpful. If you think you know everything and have all the needed stuff for level editing (building) then you have nothing to do here, just leave. Nobody asked you to reply this thread. You know, I thought this forum has only good intentioned members, ready to help everyone and anytime. I was wrong. I could not imagine that even here, at my very favourite place on the net, exist such rude people as you. Think before you say something. Thanks, for letting me know who you are...
