...TADA!...a real MAP!!!
A map similar to the swamp map in TR3.

You need Strpix to save the textures of the EXAMINE1 pickup from Underneath The Sphinx (Joby2.tr4). Then you can edit them in your favorite paint program. Draw a map and then save the texture file. Load it into the texture set in Strpix and do some retexturing until the textures fit. Then you can save and put the object into your level.

P.S. I'm going to upload the EXAMINE1 object on my server as soon as I get my domain finished.

Well, I've temporarily uploaded a map starter WAD on my Tripod server. Cut 'n paste http://ganon93.tripod.com/map.zip
into your address bar.

The object is an empty scrap of parchment, so it's just to draw the map onto it.

UPDATE:

I forgot to make the map 'empty'. The new version is easier to retexture and the hieroglyphs are gone. If you downloaded the one with hieroglyphs, please re-download it again if you want the drawing to be easier.

Well I forgot to tell you have to put
Examine= 1,The Name Of Your Map, $0004,$0514,$0000,$4000,$0000,$0002
in your script.
