First make the room above the water room (assuming you want a surface ) and make it like any room. Make a lower room to be the water room and click the "W" button below the plan view. The nember next to it controls the waves in the water. But waves only appear on surfaces of 2x2 or larger. In the upper room select the "R" button for reflection, and this can also be changed between 1-4. Now join the top room to the bottom with a door. In the upper room select the door in the plan view and click "Toggle Opacity 2" Now you can texture the surface of the water, and texture it with "Trasnparent" and "Double Sided" pressed. This makes the water textures both transparent and visible from above and below. I hope this helps

Is the room above actually higher than the room below? Make sure the floor of the upper room is even with the cieling of the lower room. Or that the selected floor is in the right location.

Well I'm only 16, but that doesn't really matter

Well the room on the top, which will be your surface, has to be directly above the room below, which is your water room. You can move them around in the 2D view (click the "2D map" button) and move them. And you can raise the overall elevation of the rooms by clicking the Room + or - buttons when in the room. So make the ceiling of your water room 0 and the floor of your surface room 0 as well.

To make a water room.

1) Select a room.

2) Make it the size you wish by running the mouse pointer over the map in the left hand corner of the screen whilst holding down the right mouse button. Then press 'Bound room'.

3) Now make another room exactly the same way as above.

4) You will notice just below the map there are three different + and - controls. The top is to raise or lower the ceiling, the middle to raise or lower the floor and the bottom one is to raise or lower the complete room.

5) Select one of the rooms with the mouse pointer and move it to one side until you can see both rooms. The one you have selected will be red in colour.

6) Now click on the + to raise the room one click at a time. When the room is at the correct height the other room should turn grey.

7) You can also check this by looking at the bottom middle of the screen where it will display 'Floor:XX Ceiling:XX'. The 'X' denotes the number it displays. In this display the floor of the 'Above' room should read the same and the Ceiling in the 'Below' room. Here is an example:

'Below' room= Floor:0 Ceiling:20
'Above' room= Floor:20 Ceiling:40

8) This is just an example, however if you try this first you will have better chance of achieving your water room.

9) All that is left is to click on 'W' just below the map and then click on the number it displays for the turbulence. Do this for the 'below' room, and click 'R' for the 'Above room to create reflections. Again clicking the number displayed increases or decreases the intensity.

I hope this will help you.
