ok...hm...thats easy.....just create 2 rooms and place them beside each other. Look that the height and everything is the same in both rooms. go to 3 d mode now look for the wall you want the door in then mark it and click the door button left to the view panel.
thats all !!

how do i place them beside each outher

Create two rooms.

If you require one room to above the other, raise one of the rooms until the floor of the raised room is the same as the ceiling of the lower room. The lower room should turn grey at this point.
Place the upper room on top of the lower room and select the whole area in the map at the top left of the screen and then click on the black button marked 'Door'.

If you require the rooms to connect at the same level, ensure that both room have the same floor and ceiling coordinates (they both share the same hight and size.
On the map select one side of the room along the grey area that is facing the wall of the room you wish to connect to, then click on the black button marked 'Door'.

I would suggest that you read the manual as it is explained there. Follow the examples as well. If after reading the manual you are still stuck, please post here.

you click and hold the right mouse button and drag the room.

That's right, disco-fever... but make sure you mention that you need to be in 2d map mode .
