When you look at TRwest there is a slot called secret map. Is this in the game or have they left it out like the flashlight?

Core say the flashlight is the light in the binoculars *duh!*
And the map, secret map and diary where the Items which were supposed to be released with TRLR, but for some reason they didn't release them.
