I would really like all of you to read this topic:
../HTML/images/Forum22/HTML/032452.html

I am sorry there is again piega in the middle, and I was going to write to him a private email, but in the forum archive I hadn't found my TOPIC about my COTW with the tomb4.exe file which all of you disliked.

I was going to write him really peacefully because I received in that topic the answer from the EIDOS PR himself and he said that I could not provide the tomb4.exe into my zipped file for my level.

All of you in this forum were AGAINST me and that distribution ("his is for your sake"), and I really would like to know HOW COMES now no one wrote a note against this new example.

I am completely sure all of you will talk about my jelousy bla-bla-bla-mumble-mumble-mumble, instead that to justify your different ways to face the same think.

And if you don't say anything against this NEW DISTRIBUTION of the exe file even if the EIDOS PR moved a post for this to me when I did it, and I had all of you against me, I am quite sure you will like my next Levels with the EXE too.

I am REALLY sorry for piega is still "in the middle", but persons who know me, know also how much I was sorry for some previous discussion where "he" was at the center of the discussion, for building "artisticaly" but he was there only accidentally as all of you told me "jelous" when I said "actually I don't like them" and I even provided my reasons even if I was not in need.

And the discussion is AGAIN NOT PIEGA here: but another distribution of the EXE file and all of you ignored this now when instead you were all against me for that time AND YOU WERE RIGHT, or not?

I would really like to know what people says now, as I remember all the persons who were against me that time I presented my COTW.

I would really appreciate the same answer I received then from the same persons who wrote at my topic.

Some of them (without jelousy for my game... sure...) told me "I am writing this for psiko's good in order he does not meet problems".

So now what?

(sorry, piega, but that topic was deleted from the archive, and I cannot email to you the EIDOS PR's post about we cannot provide the exe to play without the TRLE, and I retired that version, as MIRAI did with his TOKYO)

Let's stay mature. I did not know that they where going to put this exe file for download so you can play it without the cd. I thought they where only uploading it because it was hard to get from the net. I am really sorry but I can not help this. I see this topic now for the first time. If it's not legal to put this file on the net then I agree it must be deleted right away! Well that's all I have to say. About the deleted threads...good riddance

If a custom level has been produced and available for download that includes the executable Tombraider file, it must be withdrawn from download unless written permission has been gained from Core Design and Eidos interactive.

May I remind you of the 'legal disclaimer' part of the level editor manual on page 118 that states:

'You may only exchange them (custom levels) at no charge to LICENSED USERS of Tombraider'

I believe this clears it up.

No further discussion will be accepted at the TRLE forum, please use email or other alternative.

Thank you
Data.
