how can i get a dark blue sky for the city wad. Layer1= 56,72,8,16
when i change the numbers the sky go's black
or stays green

Try 0,0,255 for the first 3 values.
these 3 are the RGB values from 0 to 255. Just select a color in a paint program and write down the RGB value. The last one is for speed/direction.
