i have just found TR2 in my bedroom and i thought to my self i could be able to extract objects from Wads. Cool. I opened up Floating Island wad and extarcted the BADDY_1, it's the demond what flies about. you remember? Anyways i put it in my level wit Trwest and put it into the BADDY_1 slot. I put it in my level and i played it( I triggered the baddy as normal). But he just follows lara around the room and after a bit he just wonders to the corner of the room. And his textures are all dodgey and messed up. How do i fix it??????

Another one is a extracted a spider from a wad damn i can't remember what WAd it was from and i triggered it as normal and it just stood there moving his legs doing nothing. I can attack this creature but he can't attack me. Why not??????And his textures are fine. Wonder why??????

Some other objects like Furniture and architecture are fine and lara doesn't walk through them. they look normal but they enemies look terrible.

ps. i extracted the VON_CROY_MIP from the XIAN wad and iam using it for my next level. Cool

So...... How do i fix all of these problems??????

Some of the enemies just dont work in the TR4 environment. You'll have to ask TRWad or someone about getting them to work. I think Tomoko is good at that as well...

Yes LeeO is right,

All enemies are based on different behaviors. You cant just put a enemy in a tr4 slot, it requires to convert its animation and behaviors, Tomo and all others have dont great job making T-rexes small dinosaurs and so on to use them in tr4.

I wish i knew how to do such thing, but i think it requires alot of time and patience, but i am willing to do that...

As far as i expirienced architexture, plants, debrisses can be used it tr4. And i also myself extracted 4 puzzle items from Floatin wad and used trwest to put them in right slots, they do work

Not all puzzle items,

Keys, puzzle items like, gems, stone pieces etc will work if put in right slots, but animated puzzle holes like,

Preyer wheels from Tr2
Ocean mask statues Tinos level Tr3
and so on...

wont work i think. Only normal puzzles holes and key holes
