Yea, how does it work... I've been messing around with it but I have no clue what I am doing....Let me just sum it up in a question or two.1) What are those files on the right?? Are they real or just a list? 2) When you save a wad, are you saving whats on the left or the right? That's pretty much what I would like to know. ------------------ Tomb Raiding Forum IP: Logged |

1) The files on the right are a list of all avaible objects. That's where you customize your wad.2) When you save a wad you're saving that, what's on the right. Working with TRWest is as easy as pie. All you actually need to create or modify wads is all the options under file. Use open wad for editiong, to open one of the original revised wads (so you had all Lara's animations, you know) and then use load reference file, and load all wads, from whom you want some objects in your wad. Just select objects from the left list and use add, to add it to your wad. For some people (including myself) the save wad option doesn't work propely. If TRWest chrashes when you save a wad, then you must add .was to the end of the name of your wad. These are the basics you should know about TRWest, you'll find out the other options and possibilities eventualy. And if not you can always ask here for help IP: Logged |
