I know have posted here before, but I am desperate and cannot find the thread.

Here is my problem: I go to start, I click programs, core design, Tomb Raider Level Editor, Tools, Room Editor. I click on it, get a black screen, then the construction area...and it freezes. I cannot click anything and have to restart.
I have Windows ME, I've tried installing and running from both my d:\ and e:\ drives, I am on 16 bit colour, and I have 1024x786 screensize.
Anyone have ideas on what I should do?

before you do anything else, try pressing the 'ALT' key and 'ENTER' key simultaneously after the level editor has loaded.
If this does not cure the problem, try a reinstall if the editor.

If that doesn't work, try pressing enter. There's a "Load last autosave?" dialog box that sometimes is "invisible".
