I am just like you There's nothing wrong with it. You have a passion, and obviously a talent, don't give it up. Keep on working on those levels. It will pay off someday

Brad has a point, dhama, you like the le, and once you start it, theres no going back... but if you really want to quit (a bad decision) i would say smash the cd with a hammer 13 times and burn it after uninstalling the editor while saying magic words, and if your lucky maybe youll have broken the curse. just make sure you finish the temple of yadayadayada first, ok? while uninstalling the editor these side effects may occur: sleeplessness, loss of interest in ordinary activites, headaches, illness, migraines, inability to think straight, nightmares etc. lol dont quit dhama its not worth it...

Iīve spent more than a month without my computer, after it was hit by a lightning. So I had to stop building levels for a while.
It was like I was living without some part of my own body! Iīm totally addicted to this thing! Tomb Raider rules! Itīs the one and only game I play!

So donīt go crazy, itīs perfectly normal.

Were you only a mod for 2 weeks? I bet it felt like a lifetime right? It did for me! Anyway, as you know, being a mod is a really good way to stop yourself from having time to build levels. But also give you enough stress to make you want to throw your pc out te window. (this will also stop you building levels. )

dhama, i was jut trying to be funny lol, well the truth is, everyone is obsessed with this thing. How can you not be??? Last night I stayed up till 11:30 on my level after spending hours on these forums. I just got up a minute ago,(5:00) and I'm already back to working on my level and talking on the forums, (with some new dreamed up rooms in mind...) if you want a break, go on vacation like yasin said, it might help, but FINISH THAT LEVEL FIRST!!! lol good luck dhama

it is sooo stupid work
how old are you please ..do you think that playing with this editor is your whole life
what about your school or your work and your friends holidays ...
it my first time in my life a hear a person who cant sleep because of just a computer program

playing games or editing them is just hobby in the times you are not busy
but to spend all your times even night is the strange thing I hear

if you really love gaming you can be game-designer in any company so it will be your work and you will get money for that
but now you waste your time(and waste your life) and make your parents pay money for you but you dont earn anything

please understand me you can leave this habit if you think more carefully ....think about your friends your devoirs study work girls clubs sports Tv radio and the important thing is to make YOUR PARENTS HAPPY WHEN YOU ARE THE FIRST IN YOUR LIFE(IN YOUR SCHOOL OR IN YOUR WORK....)

THIS WHAT i WANT TO SAY BUT iAM SAD COZ THERE ARE smoethings I could not say coz english is not my langauge

Thankyou for Listening

Zaher0001, it's very healthy for you to think that way, I can only congratulate you, but don't take this too serious.
I don't think that all people from this forum are making levels non-stop.

As for answerring the question, I have sleepless nights frequently, but it has been only once because of the LE, and that was when I lost my very first project, during a thunderstorm (I was allready shuting down the PC, when lightning striked, it came so suddenly).

It wasn't the pressure so much, I just wanted to see the inside of the moderators forum.

Im only assuming your Buddhist, but I suggest a little Concentration and Meditation, Relax and dont let TRLE become a negative thing.

I don't believe in labels GokuZ, but I do find Buddhism a favourable path. I do meditate and I try to do everything with purpose. I think being creative with the level editor is just one other form of meditation. Frustration isn't all negative as it does teach a valuable lesson, so if I can't do something in the editor, I simply find another way.
