I got an underwater switch in my level but when lara pulls it, It doesn't make any sound what so ever. Is there a way in which to assign a switch sound to the underwater switch??????

What program do i use and how do i do it??????

There is already a sound for the switch, you just don't have it in your wad.
Edit sounds.txt, around line 61, there is a sound called UNDERWATER_SWITCH. Make sure that the letter you use to build your sounds (you did this, right) is included at the end of the line. To make sure, you can put #g at the end of the line. Then run pcwadsfx to build your sound wad.
