I had the exact same problem as LarzBritsh
000784.html

Ive put:
PISTOLS_ANIM
FLARE_ANIM
LARA_SKIN
LARA_SKIN_JOINTS
LARA_SCREAM
HAIR

Into a wad ready for Download, but Im trying to Replace it into another wad, but instead of copy over the skins and objects, she looks exactly the same and the animations are all messed up.

I think that if I built a wad from scratch it would work, but surely it would be easyer for people to Replace her in existing wads....

Any Ideas ?

Now that's strange! Lara's outfit depends on these objects...

Be sure that your reference file has the changed outfit and that you are re-converting your new wad.

Help me Obi-wan Kan-obi your my only hope.....

Ive done all my testing and Trwest wont copy over any TRLE custom wads with my meshes, but It will go into a completely new wad, But even in making a fully working "was/wad" in trwest I got an error message saying must add "DOOR_TYPE2 for UZI_AMIM to work ?? I mean is it supposed to be this complicated

~?~(^_^)~?~

Anyway this is the only thing holding me back from Uploading it for Download, would you test it out if I send it to you, I just want to be able to do what someone who downloaded it will have to do.

*the only other thing I can think of that it might be is that I used other object spaces to import young laras textures into (because if the space was too small it would screw up the textures)

The fate of Young lara with guns in in your hands..........

Surely I can test it

About the problem with the DOOR_TYPE2 and UZI_ANIM, well that always happens. I think that it was Wadmerger... well, I can't remember which program it was, but there was the FixAnimDis button that would fix this.

The same happens to SIXSHOOTER_ANIM and LARA_SKIN.

I think Ive sussed the problem ,
000726.html

Its a bit long winded but then its not your average TRLE problem

I will send it to you to see if you can get it working in the meantime, while I work on my theory

Its just such ashame that Ive come this far and hit this wall, but like my granny says "With every experience comes another lesson to learn, we live for the lessons"
