Adventure Girl, JediMaster and I are making a TR game called Tomb Raider: The Return of Lara Croft with the Level editor.
Now, we need someone to make the voices for the game characters.Till now, we need someone to make the voice of Lara Croft(someone with british accent, but not too much, I think an australian accent would also be good), the voice of father Patrick Dunstan(also a bit of british accent) and Chase Carver(american accent).
Whoever wants to join the casting, sign here and tell wich voice will you be able to make.
you won't get paid or anything else, this game we are making is just for fun. If you make the voice of any character, you'll become part of the project. ------------------

I can do an Irish/scottish/british accents and I can do evil deep monster like voices evil laughing etc I also have Cool Edit Pro ,(somewhere) that can change voices (there's a really cool computer/borg voice changer too.------------------

hey i'll give it a shot. i got an american accent ( DC area mixed with a touch of west coast accent ) i could do that Carver dude, or whatever. i got a pretty good fake british accent but u'd prolly b better of with a real brit.------------------

85, you'll do the voice of Chase Carver.
Welcome to the project trolc.
Now, I need your photo, code name(your nick for the project), date of birth, where are you from(Country and city)and age.
send it to my e-mail address or post it here.
Chase Carver, for anyone that doesn't know him, is a character from the Tomb Raider Comic books, so, you might want to check them to see how you'll perform.
Also, he will only appear in the 2nd adventure levels, as a playable character, so you'll need to make the voice for the fly by's and in-game.
When your needed I'll contact you and tell you what you need to say and how you'll say it.
we still need someone to make Lara's voice and Father Patrick's voice.
Anyone wants to do one of them?

I can do a good british accent but it sounds nothing like lara. If you had a character who is female and american, I could do that REAL well :-p

More characters will born as we make the game.
Maybe Alex West(from the TR movie) or even Sara Pezzini(from the comics. this was an idea I got today when seeing the topic that talks about making a Witchblade outfit) will appear in the game.
Anyway, send me a file with your voice to the e-mail address above and I'll see if it is good or not.this is for EVERYBODY, I need voices.------------------

even though i am male, i can still do a pretty good Lara impression - like the voice in the trs 2+3, and if you wanted the tr4+5 lara with the lispy voice i can do loads of voices! lol...its my hobbie impersonating people--i can do father dunstan too lol - but dont want to take all your roles though! hehe oh does it help if i am british and also i am half irish and go every year to the place! lol - tlf, you could do a deep voice and be dunstan! email me if you want me to send you a wav of my impression and you can get me from there moose562@hotmail.com IP: Logged |

I'll try my voice and send it to you...I've always fancied trying out for voice acting!
I'm only 14, but I can get my voice kind of woman-y. I can kind of do Lara's accent, so should the recording be my normal voice, or my lara-voice. My normal voice is too country.  IP: Logged |

This is how this cast has been going on in the last replys:
Someone says "I can do this voice", "I have a british accent" as they want to get in the project and make the voices for the game characters, and anybody sends me a file with the voice recorded in, till now, I've only received 85's voice, and he's already in for Chase Carver's voice. C'mon people, if you want to do it, you have to send me the file to my e-mail address(netslider25@hotmail.com)85, will you accept my purpose? ------------------

Whom ever ends up doing the voice for Lara, just remember, they don't really say '*****' in the UK, like the TR film would have you believe Although the word was used in the movie it is still a swear word, and so should not be used here. Thanks for the advice, but I wouldn't use words like that because I think they are boring for situations in wich the destiny of the world is in your hands. i would say something like ******* or something else(this doesn't mean the game's dialogues will have words like these  )------------------
