[1] Fog bulbs > I expirmented with some fog bulbs, first time using them... I was wondering, can i create more then 1 color ingame, I read the manual =b and saw that you turn on all fog with flip effect 28, but supose i want 2 or more colors, how do i do that... must i add different triggers in different places of the level, like when entering mountains flip effect white color and when entering caves for example flip effect blue color. [2] Is it possible to create a vehicle or something that can also go over water ???? But it must go over land as well Cause i really want a boat, and i dont know if somepeople can change the behavior of objects, this way it can be retextured, remodelled into a kayak [3] How do i keep the aloc buffer low as possible [4] Can i change the range of the fog bulb ?? Like when i put one the range of the fog is a little too huge, is it possible to make this smaller/larger ??? [5] Is it possible to add or replace a lara animation, i really would like to see how the drowning animation ( Tr3 Madubu George ) works... i dont know if it is possible yet. [6] Are there more different enemies for trle ( i know we have raptors and t-rexes , further more I woul like eagles, Cobra Snakes. Well this is my short wishlist, i hope people can awnser my questions Thanks for all help and idea's

2] Land vehicles explode in contact with water, and I have not heard of anyone making a boat that functions correctly yet.3] I have used many object, textures and even reached the room limit of 255 and have had no problems in this area. 4] Just use the lighting controls the same way that you use them for light bulbs. 5] This is not an area that I am familiar with, however perhaps TRWad could help. 6] New enemies are always appearing from time to time, I would suggest downloading other peoples level to see what ggodies they have in their object wad. 7] Hmm, I appear to have overstepped your investigative agenda, however I hope the rest was of some use to you. [3] But i wanted to keep the aloc file buffer as low as possible, what should i beware of or do to keep it below 7500000, i know room limit is 255, but i heard exceeting 7500000 buffer will make your level do funny weird things... I just exceeded the Alloc File buffer a while ago with 7,585,400 and my level is fine so far, i only have 70 rooms........------------------ Un autre ange tombera sur le 9 Mai 2002. [3] Try loading and saving your wad with wadmerger. I've heard (not tested myself) that it lowers the buffer.IP: Logged |
