How can i texture object with the Textures that used to build my level, the texture taht i want to put on the object is the texture showing on the right side of the trle and i use it for the walls, floors and ceilling. Is it possible to use these textures instead of what they suggest? When i tried with Strpix, the software do not display the textured that i put on the right side of the TRLE. Can someone help me thanks sylscm IP: Logged |

The textures that you use in the room editor are not he same as the textures that are used with objects, object textures are held in the wad string. Use Strpix to export the textures from a wad and then use an art application the change them if that is what is required.IP: Logged |

You will find the option to export from the pull down menu in STRpix. Firstly load in the wad and then select 'texture' menu and click on 'export to bitmap'. Now load the bitmap into Photoshop and edit the textures or texture that you wish to change by cut and pasting the new texture or textures. When finished, save the bitmap and then 'import' back into STRpix and save your wad. It is always a good idea to keep backups of your work. IP: Logged |
