er-this could be hard to explain...jack the ripper gives you the chance to save even another BMP...
that is the "transparent DATA" bmp...
to have the correct textures with the correct transparent part, save the normal BMP and the "transparent data" BMP...
Open PHOTOSHOP, load the "Normal" BMP file, and and "TD" bmp.
On the "normal bmp" create a NEW CHANNEL. Photoshop will call it AUTHOMATICALLY "alpha channel".
go on this channel, and make it completely WHITE with a paintbrush. Then, copy and paste on it the TRANSPARENT DATA bmp.
Save all as TGA with 24 bits, and select to preserve the alpha channel.
Then, load this tga with the editor...
I know it can be hard, but it is hard only to explain, it is very easy to do once you know how.

Another way, is to copy and paste the "TD" bmp in a new LAYER and to SUBSTITUTE the BLACK of this layer with the "magenta" color, and selecting and DELETING the WHITE color of this layer.
If you know how to do it, it takes you 30 seconds to do it both the ways....
